Access Statement
Quince Cottage is a very old property on a short hill. This and the cobbled pavement immediately outside might mean it isn't ideal for those with restricted movement or limited visibility. In addition, the main access to the first floor of the cottage is via a staircase, and then access to the guest room is by another staircase. There are hand-rails on both sets of stairs but, regrettably, the house is likely to be very difficult to negotiate for anyone in a wheel chair. Do let us know of any disabilities so we can consider any special needs. However, I hope these pictures of the stairs, which are quite wide, will help you decide if Quince Cottage will suit someone with such considerations.
